Terms of Service

Tarasvin is operated by Tarasvin Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka. Throughout these Terms, “Tarasvin”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tarasvin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. “You” refers to anyone using the Service — whether as a consumer, driver, integrator, or developer.

Tarasvin operates an on-demand parcel delivery platform in select Indian cities and provides REST APIs, an MCP server, webhooks, and supporting tools that allow third-party brands and developers to book and manage parcel deliveries on the same fleet. The Service is currently live for parcels in Bangalore. Coverage and product availability change over time.

You are responsible for the security of your account and any API keys issued to you. Keys are scoped — only request the scopes you need. Sharing keys, or using them outside your stated business purpose, is grounds for revocation. Notify us at hello@tarasvin.app within 24 hours of any suspected compromise.

Consumer fares are computed per-order using the published rate card for each vehicle class. Developers using the API or MCP pay a 5% platform fee on the fare of every order originated through their account, plus 18% GST on the platform fee. Rates and fees may change with at least 30 days' notice posted on this page. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Direct settlement is to a verified UPI handle or bank account.

Orders may be cancelled by you or by us under the conditions described in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Refunds, where eligible, are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

You may not use Tarasvin to ship items prohibited under Indian law (narcotics, firearms, hazardous materials, perishable biological matter without prior approval, etc.) or items that exceed the published vehicle weight or dimension limits. You may not use the API to scrape, mirror, or resell our pricing data. Drivers and consumers must follow the in-app code of conduct. We may suspend access at our discretion for violations.

Tarasvin's liability for any single claim arising from a delivery is limited to the declared cargo value (capped at ₹10,000) plus any platform fee charged on that order. We do not insure cargo by default — purchase optional shipment insurance at booking time if you need higher coverage. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue from missed deliveries caused by force majeure events.

All software, branding, and content provided by Tarasvin remains our property. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the API, MCP server, and consumer apps in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of data you submit; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
